Elvaston Steam Rally offers weekend camping for the rally weekend.
Weekend Camping includes entry to the rally on both days for up to 2 adults and children, including access on the Saturday Evening for the Beer Tent and Fairground.

Elvaston Steam Rally offers both Pre-Booked and "On the Day" Camping for the Steam Rally weekend.
Camping from Friday 5th July (1pm) until Monday 8th July (12 noon)

Advanced-Booking

The special price for pre-paid camping is £50 per outfit.

Friday Arrivals are between 1pm and 9pm.
Saturday Arrivals are between 7am and 1pm.

To benefit from the advanced price your booking form must arrive before Saturday 15th June in order for your pass to be processed.

On The Day Camping

If you leave it too late for pre-paid booking just turn up between the below times and look for the
'NON BOOKED CARAVANS' signs.

Friday between 1pm and 9pm.
Saturday between 7am and 1pm.

There will be space available but the price on the day is £60 cash only.

Additional Information

If there are more than 2 adults in your party you can purchase extra Adult Weekend Wristbands for a Special weekend rate of £18 per adult.
No refunds are available once booked, unless the rally is cancelled.
